Agent Discovery Workshop
A one-day workshop to identify your three highest-value AI agent use cases, score your readiness, and walk away with a 90-day roadmap your team can act on Monday.

Most businesses know they should be doing something with AI agents. Most don't know which problem to tackle first, whether their data is in the right shape, or whether they should build or buy. The Discovery Workshop answers those questions in a single working day.
We run a structured session with your key stakeholders — mapping your highest-friction workflows, scoring them on impact and AI feasibility, and producing a clear-eyed readiness assessment across data, integration, governance, and adoption risk. You leave with a shortlist of 3–5 use cases and a 90-day roadmap with cost ranges. Not a deck. A document you can act on.
What you get
What you don't get
A 200-page strategy deck. We're not McKinsey. You get a working document your team can act on next Monday — not a slide show to present to a board that leads to another six months of "alignment" before anyone builds anything.
How the day runs
Pre-workshop briefing
We send you a short pre-read and spend 30 minutes with you the day before. We want to understand your business, your team, and where you feel the biggest drag on operations.
Use-case discovery
Structured workshop with your key stakeholders. We map your highest-friction workflows, score them on value and AI feasibility, and surface the 3–5 most promising candidates.
Readiness & architecture
For each candidate use case: build-vs-buy analysis, data availability check, integration complexity scoring, governance requirements, and adoption risk.
Roadmap walkthrough
We present the prioritised shortlist, recommended sequencing, and a 90-day roadmap with indicative cost ranges for each. You leave with a working document, not a slide deck.
Written report delivered
20–30 page report covering everything from the workshop: use case scorecards, build-vs-buy analysis, readiness assessment, roadmap, and recommended next step.
This is for you if…
- You're a mid-market firm (20–500 people) with real operational complexity
- You believe AI agents could help but aren't sure which workflow to tackle first
- You want to build a business case before committing budget to a build
- Your leadership team needs a credible roadmap to get aligned
This isn't for you if…
- You already know which use case you want to tackle — you need an Agent Pilot
- You need a compliance or regulatory strategy — try a specialist advisory firm
- You're looking for a keynote speaker or training programme — that's not what we do
Questions answered
Who should attend the workshop?
Usually 3–5 people: whoever owns operations or process improvement, at least one person who understands your tech stack, and someone from leadership who can make decisions. You don't need a technical team — we bring the AI expertise.
Is this remote or in-person?
Either. Remote workshops work well via Miro and video call. In-person works if you're based in Scotland or happy to host us — travel isn't included in the £2,500 but is typically modest.
What happens after the workshop?
That's up to you. The report stands on its own — you can take it to any developer or run it internally. Most clients choose to move directly into an Agent Pilot (£6,500) to test the top-ranked use case. There's no pressure to continue with us.
Does the £2,500 apply against a future build?
Yes. If you proceed to an Agent Pilot or Agent Build within 90 days, the workshop fee is credited against that project.
What if we already know which use case we want?
Then you probably don't need this — you need an Agent Pilot. The workshop is for teams who have a sense that AI could help but aren't sure where to start, or who want a structured way to prioritise before committing budget.
