Agent Programme
A senior AI engineering team embedded with yours — 2 days a week, focused on shipping and operating multiple agents across a quarter. For firms treating AI as a programme, not a project.
Book a 25-min callYour AI engineering function, without the headcount
Most mid-market firms reach a point where one or two AI agents aren't enough — but hiring a full AI engineering team doesn't make sense yet. The Agent Programme sits in that gap. You get senior engineering capacity, embedded in your team, focused entirely on shipping and operating agents across a quarter.
The difference between a programme and a series of projects is observability and architecture. With the programme, we own the evals and monitoring layer across all your agents — so you can see which ones are performing, which aren't, and where to invest next. We also design the orchestration layer that lets agents share data and trigger each other, compounding the value of each new build.
What you get
What you don't get
Full-time headcount. Infrastructure ownership (you own the Azure environment). Non-AI development work — this team ships agents, not general software. If you need a website rebuilt or a custom CRM, that's a separate conversation. The programme is specifically for AI agent delivery.
What a quarter looks like
Programme kick-off
We map your full agent backlog, prioritise by value and feasibility, agree the Q1 scope, and set up shared tooling (Jira board, shared workspace, Slack channel). You know what gets built this quarter.
First agent delivered
We ship the highest-priority agent in the first month. You have production software running within 30 days of kick-off — not after a 'discovery phase'.
Second agent + observability
We build agent two, set up the evals and observability layer across both agents, and begin governance build-out. You can see how every agent is performing in real time.
Orchestration + review
Where multiple agents can share data or trigger each other, we design and implement the orchestration layer. Monthly steering meeting reviews KPIs and plans Q2.
Quarterly renewal
At the end of each quarter, we review what shipped, what the data shows, and propose the next quarter's programme. You're never locked in — but most clients find 2–3 quarters is when the compounding starts to show.
This is for you if…
- You have 3+ agent use cases you want to tackle in Q1
- Your leadership team is committed to AI as a strategic programme
- You want ongoing observability across all your agents, not one-off builds
- You're willing to invest consistently for a quarter to see compounding returns
This isn't for you if…
- You only have one use case — use an Agent Pilot or Agent Build
- Your leadership team hasn't aligned on AI priority yet — start with a Discovery Workshop
- You need full-time headcount, not a specialist partner
Questions answered
What does '2 days a week' actually mean?
Two working days of senior engineering time — typically split across the week as you prefer. You get the same engineer(s) throughout the programme for continuity, not a rotating cast. They're in your Slack, on your standups if you want, and reachable for quick questions outside the scheduled days.
3-month minimum — what happens after that?
You can continue on a rolling monthly basis (same rate), sign a new quarter, or wind down. There's no auto-renewal. Most clients renew because the agent backlog is longer than expected, not because they're locked in.
Is this right if we only have one agent to build?
Probably not. If you have one specific use case, an Agent Build (£18k–£28k) is more efficient. The programme is for firms with 3–8 agents they want to tackle in a structured way — with observability across all of them and someone who owns the architecture.
Do you work with our existing tech team?
Yes. We integrate with your existing team rather than replacing them. Most clients have a small internal IT or tech team that owns the systems — we bring the AI engineering expertise and work alongside them.
What Microsoft relationship do you have?
We're a Microsoft partner with expertise in Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry. We can engage directly with your Microsoft account team or CSP if that's useful — particularly helpful for navigating licencing, Azure credits, or partner support channels.
